Hi :)
I'm currently reading VANISHED by Joe Finder.
I finished ROSEMARY AND RUE by Seanan McGuire and REGENESIS by C.J. Cherryh.
I get to read EYES LIKE STARS by Lisa Mantchev next.
I have too many books to read still and so little time.
:)
All the best,
RKCharron

Last night I read Deliver Us From Evil by Dina James in the MBOVR2. And I'm trying to decide which other book I want to read. It's either, This Strangely Beautiful Tale of Miss Percy Parker by Leanne Rene Heiber, Queen of Light by Jennifer Armintrout, or The Darkest Whisper by Gena Showalter.

Which one do I pick?

Right now I'm reading The Big Over Easy by Jasper Fforde and getting ready to revisit Kiss of Midnight by Lara Adrian. I find myself bouncing from genre to genre lately, but I'm getting a lot of variety in.

What Book is That?

I'm reading a few different books right now, but my TBR pile is getting way out of hand. At the moment the main stack has about 10 books that are must read soon titles. It doesn't seem like much until you see that this stack is the one in the living room- I also have one upstairs in my room, a small pile on the kitchen hutch and a file on my computer with about 30 e-books in it. But hey, at least my TBR piles are organized and tidy:)

Current reads:
MBVR2
The Dark Hunters manga
Breaking Midnight

Michele: I have heard some cool stuff about Miss Percy Parker. Not sure where but I know that I did. I would pick The Darkest Whisper because her books are always really good.

Emily: Switching genres is a good thing and I do it all the time. I want my chosen books to be fresh/exciting and if I stay with one subject it can get stale. I've been reading a lot of paranormal lately and so I'm creating a new pile of romantic suspense.

RKCharron: I haven't heard of any of those books so I will be heading over to Amazon to poke around.

I just finished On The Edge by Ilona Andrews and it rocked! Next up is Dawnbreaker by Jocelynn Drake.

Finished Christine Warrens Big Bad Wolf this week. It was really good~~it was an expanded version of her EC book, so I was afraid I might not like the changes, but it turned out to be really, really good. Not my favorite Other story, but her writing is always vivid and her world building skills rock.

Just finished Loyalty in Death by J.D. Robb. I like to mix it up a little. I'll read just about anything as long as there are characters I can fall in love with. Anxiously waiting for November when Kresley Cole's next book comes out and then January for her next full book (November is a dualogy). Next I need to read Bitten to Death by Jennifer Rardin. My to read list is growing but I keep getting sidetracked LOL

Happy Monday everyone! This response is a tad bit late but, better late than never right?

I'm currently reading A Study in Scarlett (First Sherlock Holmes novel) by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle for my book club and The Struggle (Book 2 of The Vampire Diaries) for nostalgic reasons. I read the series when it was released in '91 and, being the sentimental fool that I am, thought I'd re-read it after watching a couple of episodes from the TV show.

I'll be picking up MBVR2 tonight and once I'm through with that I'm not sure what I'll be picking up next due to the ridiculous size of my TBR pile. Soo many books soo little time. =/

Jen- I haven't read the Vampire Diaries since they originally came out and I can't really get into the show. I seriously think I must be too old because it bothers me what these kids are doing- the drinking and the sex with relative strangers. It also might be because I have kids of my own now and it has been a long time since I was a reckless teen:)

Now, the Sherlock Holmes would be a great read, especially with the movie out soon.

saycheese- I love the J.D. Robb books!!! Eve and Rourke are two of the best characters out there.

Excited for the Cole books too. I'm especially curious about the dual writer book- they are always a new experience and I tend to like them a lot. Like the Immortals series with Jennifer Ashley, Robin T. Popp and Joy Nash- such an amazing series!
