This is the last day of our book club meeting and I want to say a big thank you to everyone that came by and talked about the Mammoth Book of Vampire Romance 2! I was pleased with our turn out and excited that so many of the authors came by and answered questions about the writing process. It was a thrill to be able to talk with them! This has been a challenging and interesting blog to coordinate and I look forward to next month. I will make the formal announcement for our next selection in a few days. Lots of fun stuff planned for November.
And now for that gift I mentioned on Thursday. Drum roll please. Michele Hauf has been kind enough to offer a $20 gift card to Amazon so you can buy more fantastic vampire books! All you have to do is leave a comment about your favorite story in MBVR2. That's it. I will announce the winner on Monday. Good luck.
Thanks again for stopping by Bite Club! And remember the first rule: Tell everyone about Bite Club.

Hi Anna :)
I don't have a favorite story in MBVR2 ... YET.
:)
I still have to get & read it.
Thanks for the great posts & site.
All the best,

My favorite story was Angie Fox's Love Bites with Fang-zite the all natural Male Fang Enhancer.
I haven't got a copy to read yet but the story I want to read the most is Jaye Wells'. Her story is the prequel short story to Red-Headed Stepchild. It also sets up backstory for The Mage in Black.
Well I haven't had a chance to read it yet but Blood Feud looks like a good one to me.
Squee! My copy is signed by Angie Fox! But it's a toss up between Angie's story and Ione's story. It's so darn hard to decide between those two. Both were awesome! (I read those first two stories first. I'm the type with anthologies, that I read my favorite authors first, then ones I'm interested in but never read second, and the others last.)
Humm I don't have the book yet so I can't say I Have a favorite yet. But most of the stories look great.

My fav story is Jennifer Ashley's The Scotsman and the Vamp!!

I can only pick on :(
They were all so good.
If I have to choose I will go with Eternity Embraced by Larissa Ione.

I haven't read all the stories in this book yet but am working on it. And so far to date my fave is Larissa Ione. And I read it first cause I keep hoping that in the hospital I work in I can find me a sexy demon rofl. Not found one yet. I have met Dr. House but Hugh Laurie he was not. rofl.

The standout for me was Larissa Ione's short story.
Thanks for the giveaway. I had to move this weekend so I wasn't able to participate as much as I wanted. But from what I can tell it was a pretty amazing weekend. Congrats!
