I learned Clare writes about San Francisco, just like I do. Wow. Small world. I like how she uses real life locations in her writing.

It took Clare 10 years before becoming a "true" published author. It was also mentioned that she travelled around the world before she was 5 but never really said why that was.

I want to read Once Bitten (says the paranormal geek!)

I learned that Clare's 1st literary success came, when "her" play, The Stepsisters was performed by her fourth grade class during Parents' Night.

I learned that she spent much of her childhood in Berkeley, California, but she also lived in Italy and England (her father is British and she holds dual citizenship) and travelled around the world before she was five. I really think its something that she traveled the world before she was five.

Clare's right - It's not called Frisco. I had an Aunt that lived there and she HATED that term.

San Francisco is one of my favorite cities, too. Clare's book looks interesting. Hope I win!

I don't Tweet and I don't have my own blog, but I loved to blog.
