Dracula Event: Lucienne Diver

"Dracula: I adore Dracula because he’s dead and loving it. No whining, no pages and

pages of internal monologue, and he’s not granting any interviews. He’s reveling in his

nature. Part of the appeal of vampires is that they’re a dark side of us that we mostly

suppress…and for good reason! I’m not suggesting that we go about biting or seducing

each other…much. But I do think that one of the reasons vampires have gone from

creatures of horror to objects of desire is that they’re a walk on the wild side. If we lose

that, they become tame, mundane and a lot less interesting!" — Lucienne Diver, author of

I'll cut down on the biting... I promise. But I can't promise to slack on the seducing part. Its a dirty job but someone's got to do it. ;)
