Author Spotlight: Jill Myles

We haven't done this in awhile now, mostly because of time constraints on my end, so I'd like to take a moment to reintroduce the author spotlight feature. Once a month I will give a brief bio and book list for our book club selected author, usually between the book announcement and the discussion day, although that is always subject to change. This month I'm going out of order for two big reasons 1) I'm trying to avoid scheduling conflicts  and 2)our next book doesn't come out until December 28th.

Our featured author for December/January is:

Jill Myles

From the Jill Myles website, under the about Jill section:

Jill Myles has been an incurable romantic since childhood. She reads all the ‘naughty parts’ of books first, looks for a dirty joke in just about everything, and thinks to this day that the Little House on the  Prairie books should have been steamier.
After devouring hundreds of paperback romances, mythology books, and archaeological tomes, she decided to write a few books of her own – stories with a wild adventure, sharp banter, and lots of super-sexy situations. She prefers her heroes  alpha and half-dressed, her heroines witty, and she loves nothing more than watching them overcome adversity to fall into bed together.
She wasn’t born with a pen in her hand, like most writers. Jill did stick the occasional crayon up her nose, but she eventually grew out of that.
Mostly.

Booklist:
The Succubus Series
1. Foreplay- prequel short story
4. Zane's Tale- short story between book 2 and 3
5. My Fair Succubi- coming soon

Jill also has an entire section on her website for free stories, all with the warning that they are not happily ever after type stories and not lovey-dovey. She can also be found over at Odd Shots, a fun blog she co-hosts with authors Ilona Andrews, Meljean Brook, Nalini Singh and Patrice  Michelle.

I will be doing a few different posts about all the Succubi books in the coming weeks and I might even have a contest, so stay tuned.
