No resolutions here and contest information

Hope today finds you in good spirits and sufficiently recovered from all the holiday festivities.  Most people seem to be in the resolution mode but not here...it's just not my thing. I figure that if it's important enough I'll do it no matter what day or year we have, and why bog down an already jammed schedule with an extensive list of goals and ideals for the new year. I have goals that I want to achieve but they just aren't determined by the calendar date, ya know. Everyone in my house seems to be all tuckered out so today will most likely be a lazy, stay in our jammies, movie marathon day. I love those! I've been trying to watch Inception before Flyboy leaves and this is my last chance. And I definitely see some Clone Wars cartoons in my future. And let's not forget the Winter Classic! Can't miss that.

Any exciting plans in your house? Good movies? Favorite way to spend a lazy afternoon (the G rated version, folks)?

Now for the contest information. It would seem that I have forgotten to announce a few contest winners (bad Anna) so without further ado:

*SandyG265 wins a copy of Vicious Grace

*Lexie wins a copy of Silver Zombie

Please send me your mailing info so that I can forward it to the publisher. And a huge thank you to the publisher, Simon and Schuster, for donating these books.

I'd also like to take a moment to thank everyone for stopping by and making Bite Club a fun place to be. Things are going to be scarce for the next weeks because Flyboy has to leave on a 7 week TDY which means that my plate goes from heaping to overflowing. It life, ya know. Anyways, I do have a few things planned and while I might not be blogging every single day, I will be working on review books, guests posts, and contests.

It was a busy day here with grocery shopping for the first time in a couple of weeks and the beginning of the holiday decoration takedown. We'll finish tomorrow. Movies for Lady K and me, seeing Tron tomorrow.
It's been dadgum cold and finally getting the snow we need.

Sorry Flyboy is going to be gone so long. I was active duty Air Force for 22 years and remember the long TDYs.
