Kindle and Nook news... plus a Steampunk car

Engadget reports that Amazon and Kindle have come one step closer to total world domination, okay, not really... but they are doing rather well.

This just in...Amazon and Penguin Group have ended the Kindle feud of 2010. I repeat...the feud is over.

*confetti parade ensues*

Okay, in all seriousness, it does appear that Amazon and Penguin have resolved the Kindle pricing issue and readers everywhere can rejoice in knowing that soon their Kindles will be full of fabulous new release titles. I found a news post that explained the issue but as usual the article was short and vague. We'll just have to wait and see what this means for the long term future and once again, I will wait to make my decision on what e-reader is best for me.
