I have yet to read this series, but I have Dead Witch Walking on hold at our local library. I have a lot of catching up to do.
I’ve read the whole Hollows series. It’s one of my favorites and there’s a lot to like about these characters and the world they live in. My favorite is book 4, A Fistful of Charms. Rachel is loyal, smart and decisive—and, as a bonus, we get to see Jenks in human form. In some of the more current books, I want to wring Rachel’s neck for letting others walk all over her and put her in untenable situations. She’s stronger than that.
I read on another blog recently that Pale Demon takes the characters in a different direction. I’m interested in seeing how that plays out.
I've read all up to Black Magic. I've been waiting for it to go into paperback. Looks as though it is. I think I'll pick that one up for sure.
I love all of these books. I don't think I can pick out any one favorite. Maybe "Outlaw Demon Wails" there was a lot going on in that one.
I have not read this series yet... but I do have them on my must read list...

I've read all of The Hollows books except for Pale Demon. I'm actually re-reading the series right now so I can get caught up with the characters as it has been awhile since I read the original series. I love every time Jenks swears with a new "Tink's panties" phrase, it just cracks me up. He really is one of my favorite characters.
So many great books such little time, I havent read this series yet but have heard its great !!! Its in my tbr pile and buy pile ;)

My favorite is Dead Witch Walking since it started the series. I will never forget the fun I had with the introduction of the characters and discovering the wonders of Kim Harrison's writing.
Okay, I have to admit, I haven't read this series yet. It's been on my wish list for a while but I just haven't managed to get them yet.

I love this series, it's hard to pick one book that's a favorite. Maybe the one where they made Jenks human size. My favorite character is Jenks so it was nice that so much of that book revolved around him.
My other favorite part of the series is when Kisten died. Not that I wanted him to die, I didn't, but the writing was so moving in that book and the next when Rachel is trying to come to terms with his death. I only wish there was some way he could come back as he was another favorite character.

One of my all time favorite series and there is no way I can pick just one. So my most memorable highlights are Kisten dying (I cried), Jenks getting big (I laughed), and when Matthilda dies (I cried).
Such a great cast of characters to. I want so much to like Trent but just when I think I can, he screws it up. Al and Jenks are probably my favorites though. If you haven't read this series and love paranormals it should be at the top of your to be read pile!

NO Kisten! That had to be the teary moment of the whole last two books that made me loose a great character. It was quite heartbreaking to read.I cannot wait for Pale Demon. I have highly anticipated. Matalinda passing was cruel for me also. A teary time lately in the series. I cannot wait.

I must say that I love this series and it has been consistently great! Several characters are gone, and who here is wondering if Rachel will romp with the fey? I really wonder what turn will happen in Pale Demon. I would love a copy.
