The Plinky Question of the Day is a weekly feature hosted by Not Now...I'm Reading! These getting to know you questions will sometimes deal with books or reading but, most of the time they won’t. Because, let’s face it, there’s more to us than what we read.
What songs must you always sing the lyrics out loud to?
I love it when that certain song comes on the radio and it moves me to sing to the top of my lungs. There’s lots of songs I love to belt out when I'm in the car, stuck at home doing chores, in the middle of the aisle at Target....what? Oh c'mon. You know it's happened to you. Ahywho, here's three of my favorite songs that I'll sing practically anywhere:
Break My Stride by Matthew Wilder
I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor
Don’t Stop Believing by Journey
Your turn! What are some of the songs you automatically sing out loud anytime they come on the radio or stereo?

Anything--everything--by the Beatles.
Oooh that's a good one. Thanks for sharing!
I definitely concur on "I Will Survive" and "Don't Stop Believin'". "Hotel California" - Eagles, 'Radar Love' - Golden Earring, 'Fast As You' - Dwight Yoakam.....
Hi Vickie! I agree with Hotel California. There's times I'm not really in the mood to hear it and the song will come on those first few guitar strums end up sucking me in.
Can you believe it, I'm late to my own blog!?
This is a toughy because if Flyboy isn't around I will belt out just about any song on my playlist, or on the radio, or on CD. The kids and I love doing the sing along, and my sweet girl monster has a Disney karaoke game for the Wii.
A few favs:
So What- Pink
Slide- Goo Goo Dolls
Shadows of the Night- Pat Benatar
Domination- Pantera
any Disney song ever written
I sing EVERYTHING outloud when I am driving. My kids think I am a freak especially when old song that you would hear in the skating rink or bowling alley come on.
